I don’t like seeing happy couples. Check that: I don’t like seeing overly happy couples. The kind that spoonfeed each other soup. Or grope each other on a park bench.
Don’t get me wrong, love is grand. I just don’t want to see it manifested like that.
That’s so funny, I was thinking similar thoughts on the subway last night. But…I was actually happy for the couple sitting across from me. I was like “Gee thats nice, i hope it works out. Good for them!” They weren’t being overly mushy or anything, lucky for me. Yup! Spring is in the air!

There’s an after-dinner party at my apartment this Saturday with an extraordinary group of people stopping by. I’m off from the kitchen, but will be around later.
